again, this seems to be base on prior decisions. here's what happened for me

when it came time to choose between the geth fleet and quarians, i had the renegade and paragon options light up. choosing the renegade response had my sheperd start yelling at the quarians to back down as i uploaded the reaper modifications, which they did and then Legion sacrificed himself to give all the other geth pure sentience. now i have both the geth and quarien fleets in my war chest, Tali is a squad member, and the geth are helping the quarians recolonize their homeworld

Not sure what I did wrong. My guy has full reputation, but I had no options light up (I chose "give me answers" to the Reaper though maybe that's why?). Now all Quarians are dead, Legion is dead, Tali is dead, but I have the Geth army. Talk about fail! I saved just before the Reaper comes so I'll restart and see what happens.
