Visit the Pilsener Brewery in Plzen. It's kind of a pain in the ass to get to from Prague using public transit, but if you have a car, it would be easy. Beer is cheaper than Coke there too.
Also, if you're going at that time of year, you have to hit Oktoberfest in Munich, which is only 450km from Vienna.
Of course, if you don't like beer, disregard both suggestions.
