Belfour stands tall in Pens debut!!
The Penguins shaded the Carolina Hurricanes 5-3 tonight. Ed Belfour made 30 saves and was named 2nd star in his Penguins debut. Peter Forsberg had a strong game with a goal and 2 assists and was named 1st star, while Ilya Kovalchuk continued his strong play of late with 2 helpers. Chris Chelios added two assists and Jaroslav Spacek, Markus Naslund and Jan Bulis scored for the Pens. The Pens are right back in action tommorow versus the San Jose Sharks.
