Maybe I just misread the situation, I thought she died in the explosion, I didn't see her uncloak herself. I'll have to check in my War Assets menu.

it would have been hard to miss. the console exploded, she slumped over, the Salarian left, then Shepherd said "You can come out now" and she uncloaked with the other spectre thinking she was dead. then Shepherd convinced her to go work on the Prothean weapon project

did you do her side mission in ME2? i wonder if the fate of your ex-crew members is different depending on the choices that you made in the previous game
