True. However, I'd take Garrus over Zaeed any day of the week. Grunt was always a mainstay in my party though. As an adept it was great having a squad mate who rarely went down. For those pesky armoured guys, Mordin worked wonders.

Going through my most recent play through on insanity, I dropped Mordin and Garrus outright and took Jack instead. Her squad warp ammo power coupled with my reave absolutely destroyed anything out there. I think I could neutralize an enemy barrier with a single reave. Armour took a bit more but that's where the warp ammo came into play.
