I'm a white dude, and I dated mostly white girls and ended up marrying one so obviously I'm very attracted to "my own kind". That said, there are some absolutely stunning women from other cultures out there. I dated both a black girl and an Asian girl, and both of them were gorgeous. East Indian women I find are either on one extreme or the other, there doesn't seem to be any middle ground. They're either drop-dead amazing or they're......well, trolls. But that's just my opinion.
