I doubt the blues would trade Tarasenko unless they thought he was not coming to the US.
I would think a package of Berglund, Rattie and Shatternick might get it done. Iggy and Nemisz for those 3.
A line of SVen- Berglund- Rattie would be pretty sweet in a couple years.
Now that i look at it i doubt we could get that package.
