I thought people had questions about Gringorenko's heart/work ethic before the season so odd that he was ranked high with those concerns and now is dropping off the map when at worst they are a little more serious.

Say we finish in the 8-10 range, which is realistic given our current level of play, what do you think it would take to move up to a top 5 position? We can always cross our fingers to win the lottery and move up a few spots, but realistically what is the cost to move up 3-4 picks?
