None of the teams you list are looking for a QB, and they obviously won't be trading up to that spot. But for the Rams who are willing to move back, they'll have teams interested in giving them good value for that pick. It's a good year to be picking 2nd in the draft, largely due to the presence of a clear cut #2 player to take.

I agree that having the pick to trade would be great in terms of someone overpaying.
