Yeah if its an ongoing problem look towards firstly, diet, exercise, take note of your moods and energy in a log.
Track your sleep for a month, how long for, did you wake up during sleep, how tired were you when you got up, what times of day are you really struggling.
Sometimes its just as simple as your diet and regular exercise make such huge differences, but if your mood is taking a big hit certainly could be depression.
Symptoms are key though, when, why, how, give the doctor as much info as you can provide and heŽll point you in the right direction, maybe a overnight sleeping test, hopefully not medication to help you sleep, stuff is not a long term solution.
