Nylander is a good player too, it's not like I'm selling Gaudreau's potential short. I just see Gaudreau's as more of a playmaker. St.Louis though short is a very powerful skater and plays a power game. Gaudreau seems to have more finesse in his game than St.Louis.
Are you sure Nylander was 6'2? I swear he was 5'11 when he was with the Flames. Regardless of Nylander's height, his game was definitely all finesse, which is what I see a lot of in Gaudreau's game.
Either way, I'm super excited about this prospect.
