My wife contracted a company to build and maintain a website for her home business.

recently she has decided that she doesn't want to do business with them anymore and wants to move her website to a different hosting company.

What does she need to ask for in terms of files and such from this company ?

And how do I ( i know it will me...) go about setting up the same website with a different hosting company.

Her hosting costs included web changes if she was unable to do it herself.

I would like to find something similar but with a different company.

Thoughts ??
