It may or not be evidence.
Speeding tickets are pretty cut and dry. You're either over the speed limit or you're not.
When you speed, you're a bad driver in my opinion.
I'm not saying BC doesn't have its bad drivers. Drive in the Lower Mainland for a week and you'll see there are some pretty stupid people. I'm just saying Alberta drivers, in my experience are some of the worst, most dangerous drivers I've witnessed in my time driving in Alberta and in the Kootenays.
I think that the article given in the OP just supports what I already believe.
(Calgary still has the best hockey team though).
