I think it's just extremely rare for a striker or attacking midfielder to be a real leader type who galvanizes the team

Fabregas, RVP, Modric, Silva, Aguero etc. all great players but I wouldn't say leaders, it sounds like something Sky would say but you do need someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in, or put his body on the line

Song could be that type of guy but he just doesn't seem vocal enough about it

I would also be as worried about losing Song as much as RVP if I were Arsenal, he's the most underrated player in the league
