You don't want to do a 'bulk convert'. The whole point of shooting in RAW is so that you can 'develop' your RAW Files (think of them as Negatives, only they're digital).
In Lightroom, if you have a bunch of photos that were taken with the same settings and in the same environment, you can develop one to get the effect and finish you want, then apply those settings to some or all of your photos from that Import to save time.
If you just want the RAW files, as they were shot, with no adjustments, then you should have just shot in JPEG mode, lol. Sorry I wasn't clear. I assume everyone knows the difference. My bad.
