I would still go to your Optometrist though to rule out the small chance it is something else.

Don't get a headache or anything. I did some googling and it may be eye floaters?

Eye floaters are spots in your vision. Eye floaters may look like black or gray specks, strings or cobwebs that drift about when you move your eyes.

Strings or cobwebs would be a good description of what I see.
