I still don't think she is turing into a walker. In the first season when Jim gets infected he is not comatose like this girl. Sure he was burning up but he was awake and talking up until the time of his death.
Also people keep speculating that Darryl's brother might be in the group that the guys from the bar belonged to, but wouldn't it be interesting if the black father and son that saved Rick were in it?
