Yesterday was my first nicotine free day, I've been chewing for about 10 years now. This will be the 3rd time I've quit, though it does feel different. The other 2 times were more the old I really SHOULD quit so I'll try, and it never lasts. This time I feel like I really WANT to quit and I've noticed it seems easier this time. Cravings weren't nearly as bad yesterday as I remember them being in the past. Also, valuable lesson learned from last time, it will not be ok to have a cigar or 2 after 6 months because I figure I'm quit now and it's just this once.
