Interesting question but to me the concept to trading a top 10 pick (or any asset for that matter) for an artificually inflated win count doesn't make any sense unless the wins you are purchasing also come with an impact player (not sure if that is what you meant or not). Sure, the wins might get you into the playoffs but I'm sure your teams talent level (which is below your win count) would catch up with you there when playing teams that actually qualified for the playoffs based on talent level.

If I was a bubble team I would not move a top 10 pick to make the playoffs...be that 10 wins, 15 wins etc...

If I was a top 3-4 team and really thought I had a chance at winning the entire thing then I would consider moving a top 10 pick but it would need to be for an asset that improved me further then just the current season/push, not for straight wins.
