I love the Clone War series, they just ended an excellent Bounty Hunter Obi Wan 4 part series that showed a lot about where this series is going.

I am curious there were hints that Maul had somehow survived his scrap with Kenobi, I have my doubts that its really him, but I'm looking forward to the season ending story line.

There's an expectation that next year is the final year for the Clone Wars and it will go slightly past the events of Revenge of the Sith to show the fates of the non movie characters.

Oh and as to the fate of Jar Jar Binks, it was jokingly referred to in the first Force Unleashed game

At the end of the third Robot Chicken Star Wars episode, as Palpatine falls to his death he lets go of his hate and phones the people that he screwed over. When he phones Binks its revealed that Binks had actually manipulated Palpatine and he was actually the Sith Lord that doomed the galaxy.
