So after 16 years of smoking 11-12 cigarettes a day I decided to quit on Tuesday. I've managed to fight off my cravings every day since Tuesday caving every night to take 2 drags before throwing the smoke away after getting a headache after the couple drags.
It's been tough, but I really feel I'm on my way to quitting for good very soon. I know I haven't quit completely yet, but to be able to fight off cravings during the entire day completely, I think I've done quite well. I don't ever carry cigarettes with me during the day and I only crave when I get home because my roommate has smokes...
Also very surprised that going a whole day without smoking and then having one drag late at night would give me such crazy headaches.
