And to give a little context as to why 7:30 is so damn early for me is I work till 2am most nights and study for two hours when I get home. So i'm not asleep till around 4:30. (I know, my own damn fault)
This schedule worked fine for me seeing as my earliest class is 1pm.
I know that the bylaw is on their side and there is little I can do with respect to that, but I don't think you guys understand just how loud they are. When I say they are hammering, they are often hammering metal. Metal hitting metal isn't a pleasant sound to hear after 3 hours of sleep.
I started this thread to see what kind of noise is acceptable at 7:30, it says nothing about the level of noise on the bylaw information, just that you're allowed to start construction at 7:30.

when we started at 7am it was game on... 2 big skytrack fork lifts, compressors, nail guns, hammering, etc.
one of my job sites was right beside an apparent, many others were in residential areas - i know the people weren't happy with us - but we had a job to do
