the Giants put themselves in a really bad spot in that game. They dominated the first half of last nights game and left a ton of points on the board and you can't do that against the Pats, I honestly thought that the Pats were going to win after surviving the first half like they did.
You have to give Manning credit, he played a very good game, some of his throws were next to impossible throws but he had great support around him.
The Pats had too many dropped passes last night, the Welker one was just bizarre.
But I do think that the better team won.
Was it a great memorable Superbowl? Except for MIA's middle finger and Madonna's a$$, not really it was a good solid competitive game with average execution.
I guess I expected more from the Pats though.

The Giants had 3 big breaks... in the first half the fumble that was called back because the Pats had too many men, the Welker drop and the Bradshaw fumble at his own 15 that the Pats couldn't jump on.
The Giants fumbled 3 or 4 times last night and lost none of them.
But that catch by Manningham was just awesome. Not only too get both feet down but to hold on to the ball with one arm not letting it hit the ground. All this after Collingworth ripped him for not know how to run routes.
