Anyone try something like this? I think it would be pretty cool to have one of these to track my activity level during the day, especially to help motivate me to go out and be a bit more active.
How does the accelerometer work though? How would it respond to something like hockey? Biking? Baseball? I'm not convinced that it can accurately measure how many calories I burn.
I bike a lot in the summer, and it would help me a lot if I could use one of these to track my status and help me push harder.
But I do a lot of lifting too, and I have no idea how it would track that.
