Manny actually wouldn't be a bad fit since the rumor is that any deal would be a minor league deal. I don't know if he'll actually do anything, but it's the type of high risk/low reward free agent contract the Jays should be looking at until their youth starts paying off at the MLB level. If he looks like he can play, the Jays get him on the cheap. If not, they cut their ties with him in spring training.
