Actually, that is one of my favorite episodes.
To clarify my comments, when I said the show is bad, I think what I really mean that you can tell it was made 20 years ago. I have a nostalgic feeling about TNG that has built it up in my mind, so when I watched the entire series again over the course of a few weeks the flaws really crept to the surface.
In my mind, TNG was the best, followed by DS9. I never watched enough of any other series to make a solid evaluation if they were good or not. Once I am finished with BSG, I will go back and watch the rest of the series'.
