I personally thought Best of Both Worlds wasn't that good with a deus ex machina ending.

I found it silly how many times the Borg just ignored them like when Data and Worf fly the Shuttle through the Borg's shield unmolested just because the Enterprise is putting on some fireworks. Then somehow they know exactly where in that cube that is like 30 cubic kilometers big to beam over within a couple feet of Picard and capture him. Then they just grab him without resistance and fly back and the Borg ship just ignores that and leaves.

It's hard for me to pinpoint any actual TNG episode that I really thought was great or wasn't full of plot holes and silliness. It was a thing I enjoyed as a kid but don't really care for anymore as an adult. My favorite episode is probably the one where Barclay becomes super-smart or maybe the one where Frasier appears.
