for a while i had the name of someone in the douglasdale area that made them, but i eventually chucked it.

also noticed that underarmour and reebok have models that are $75 and $50 respectively. Seems expensive for store models - but cheaper than a custom....
I got a dentist fitted one and have never looked back. Such a difference

I beleive the price difference has to do with the ammount of coverage you can get if you damage your teeth with the mouth gaurd in. Some of them come with some dental insurance.

Does the Shock Doctor Custom Mouthguard come with a warranty?

The Shock Doctor Custom Mouthguard comes with a $30,000 limited Dental Warranty. Details are included in the mouthguard kit User Guide or go to the Warranty section on shockdoctor.com/custom.
Personally i would still go with the dentist fit. I got one recently and it has been amazing
