Ward changed Howse's deeply-engrained nutritional habits. I think he can change or at least make huge progress on Aliu's deeply-engrained mental habits. If anyone is going to change Aliu, it'll be Ward. The Heat seem like tightly-knit team, maybe that's just what Aliu needs.
As for that hazing incident, I agree with the majority. I'm sure it was just Aliu not wanting to participate a ######ed homo-hazing incident.
