Maybe Accoster took a liking to her when she was at the bar earlier, slipped in some date rape drug or something in her drink. The couple shortly went up to their room where the husband passed out and the wife (who usually sleeps naked) started stumbling around when the drugs went into effect and ran into Accoster in the hallway (where he was waiting)while in a daze. He then beats her up after she yells for help.
A friend of mine had something slipped to her and she said she felt like she had no control of her body...
