Depending on what you consider "expensive" you are getting terrible advice here.

I've sent you a PM. We had a guy do our baby's room and a couple of other rooms in our house.

EDIT: I should note that he did the other rooms and the baby's room on separate occasions (i.e. we didn't need to have him do a bunch of work at once).
