They also played Matt Schaub, Phil Rivers, and Ben Roethlisberger (twice). In fact, the calibre of QBs faced by both teams is relatively similar. You can just replace the ones mentioned above with Vince Young, Mark Sanchez (x2), Ryan Fitzpatrick (x2), Chad Henne, Matt Moore, Tyler Palko, Curtis Painter, Rex Grossman, and Tim Tebow (x2). The difference is that the Pats still got lit up.
