Yeah, the basement of the Cultural Center seems to be the hot pot place...as far as I could tell since everyone there was from mainland China, that should be a mark of authenticity? Or maybe just cheapness?
They had beef, chicken, and lamb! And the dipping sauce station had tons of selection. I loaded up confections of XO Sauce and Satay and Chinese Mustard on parsley with peanut sauce on the side.
