Oddly enough our car is on it's last legs (leaking coolant and overheating), and we can't plug it because the plug got torn off when some one pulled out without unplugging it ...
but it's still been starting for us.
Honestly it's mind bottling, it's a 14 year old car with a slew of problems and neglected maintenance... but it still starts without being plugged in.
