My goal is to get my running injury/mechanics issues treated so I can start running again. I have my eye on some half marathons in the fall.
I'm being particularly bold with my training, as right now I'm on a pretty intense strength training program and am going to attempt to keep it the same while adding in a pretty intense aerobic program. That means two hard workouts a day, eating a ton, and sleeping a ton.
I figure I'm not going to have time to train like this later in life, so I want to really push myself now - plus I love the hard training.
