You're right, Reed Ferber is awesome. But I would still personally leave the Running Injury Clinic as a 'last resort' of sorts, simply due to wait time and cost.
Chances are if your running injury was something like weak hip abductors (which many of his patients seem to have), then any decent physiotherapist will catch it, and you only need one visit. If not, sports med doctors are covered.
But yes, I agree that it's a great place. I may be headed there soon myself for a lingering, seemingly untreatable issue.
