A few years back I shelled out for both and going to see Reed Ferber at the running injury clinic was money well spent as I havent been injured since. Nothing more frustrating than a running injury and many times they are preventable and are caused by poor mechanics and weak hips etc. They used to offer a quick injury specific assessment for $50 and you likely only need to go once. I paid more upfront but the issue is resolved and I was spending way more on physio and other less specific practitioners. Also this clinic is often quoted in Runnersworld and other sources and is doing many ground breaking research studies and are being recognized for the good work that they do.
