Just wanted to update this thread a little...
I watched the first two seasons of Justified, I did like it, but it took me a little while to really like the show. I wasn't a Timothy Olaphant fan prior so it's taken me some time but I've come around. The show has some flat out fantastic writing though. Walton Goggins as Boyd Crowder is nothing short of brilliant!
He started out as this throw-away villian that I didn't care to see again, but man they've done some great things with him, and Goggins is great in the role.
I got Netflix and cruised through the first season of Mad Men as well... way to fast for comfort to be honest. I was sick for a couple days last week so that's an excuse.. but regardless what a show. The amount of characters is great and it's more of an ensemble then I expected, still obviously lead by Jon Hamm though.. who is as advertised, amazing.
Any one else watch the three part BBC series Sherlock?
Watched the first episode last night on Netflix, it's just shy of 90 minutes, but it's fantastic as well. It's a modern take on the Sherlock Holmes story, and Martin Freeman (Tim from The Office BBC, upcoming The Hobbit) is really good in the role of Doctor Watson.
The character of Sherlock Holmes seems to take a little from "House" but I suppose House takes from Sherlock Holmes.
All in all, really good modern take of the series. The first series is only three episodes, so can't wait to watch episode 2.
