I'm talking for having the mountains look 'big' in the background, due to the telephoto compression.
I'm guessing anytime you whip out the Tokina 11-16 for a skyline shot, the mountains are barely distinguishable.

Yeah, a big zoom 200-300 would be ideal.
It's tough from the Deerfoot spots as the Mountains are kinda south of the core.
