Yea, definitely stress the Telephoto Zoom.


I'd say if you want the mountains to have any prominence in the background, 300mm would be the ticket? Yes/No? 200mm?

I'm talking for having the mountains look 'big' in the background, due to the telephoto compression.
I'm guessing anytime you whip out the Tokina 11-16 for a skyline shot, the mountains are barely distinguishable.
