Palm Beach area with waterfront is huge $$$. Personally if I had 100 million I would bulldoze the house as well...I mean, look at it, it's probably 40 years old with far too many smallish rooms.
This is a woman with two kids, she'll build something a little smaller, more modern and will be worth far more
After picture tells me she's building closer to the beach as well...smart move!
