I'm guessing that's where the transmitter is as well. I don't know the wattage, but I also noticed that when I'm downtown I also get 0 for Sat signal, and full bars for terrestrial. By my house it goes to about 4 bars Terr and almost full on Sat.

I think the terrestrial signal overrides the satellite one.
