The past few days we've been noticing (we've only been around the SW...) a lot of transit shelter and bus bench ads saying: "What's up?" or "Get up" or something similar.

They are plain yellow with black writing.

What are they for?

It's effective because it's making me think about it and wonder, but I also can't see any further branding on them so I have no clue what to think of them. Anyone know?
