I am also wondering aloud why it takes 20 minutes for this 'random stranger' to break into a mobile home, why he was knocking on the door for 20 minutes, presumably talking to her, asking her to open the door etc while she had time to push a couch in front of the door, get her guns, call the cops and then eventually shot him after he pushed his way into the house.
It sounds to me that they knew each other, that he was trying to get her to open the door and he got pissed when she refused. That she shot him is fine, he's obviously no loss to the gene pool, but I strongly suspect that she had a hell of alot more to do with the creep than she has said.
Knocking on a trailer door for 20 minutes that any 5 year old could push in is not the behaviour of a random junkie thief or rapist.

Considering there is another guy trying to get in that is still alive and in jail right now don't you think it would have come out by now if there was something like that going on?
It seems much more plausible that these guys were strung out/doped up morons who weren't thinking like you or I would in the same situation and that is why a. they didn't leave at the threat of guns/cops and b. were less than stellar at getting into the place.
