I going through this right now as well. We put down our Lonnie on the 29th.
I can't talk about it on the phone with friends or family without crying.
Heck, I won't even be able to type what I want to. I will cut and paste what my husband wrote on his FB....

I ask of others on behalf of Lonnie, please try to avoid patronizing puppy-mills or the stores that utilize them. There are so many good dogs that need adoption out there.
