Glenn is a fine QB if you want to win a few games and ensure that you do not win anything important. If you want a shot at the Cup Glenn had better not be anywhere near the team as he is not contributing anything positive to a team.

Well it's not like Frank showed up for big games (won one Grey cup in his time here, thanks to the defence). So they basically cancel out each other's inability to win big games.
