GM's need to understand that agents have little to no desire to negotiate a players contract that is looking to become UFA at seasons end.

Where is the incentive? Agents are not here to make your job easier in building your clubs, in fact, almost the opposite.

So unless you are prepared to blow the doors off a player with an offer, do NOT get upset when that agent/player refuse to negotiate a new deal at this time.
