Wow.
The first 2 parts of my first post were supposed to be a little tongue in cheek humor. The third part was trying to give you a solution to make some money to prevent this from happening again.
As the owner of 2 rescue cats (one of them female, that I accidently let go into heat before getting her fixed) I think I do know what I'm talking about, because I have dealt with it first hand. I would think that you
should be able to overpower a cat from getting out side. If you're getting scratched, my next question would be: why aren't you being a responsible owner and trimming her nails?
Maybe look at ways of cutting some corners in your family budget and saving a few bucks every week or use some of the links that others have given you to help get her fixed. If your money situation is as bad as you say, then maybe you need to find momma a home that can be a more positive environment for her.
I do hope someone does take these kittens (and your cat), because I don't think that you're responsible or emotionally stable enough to have a pet.
