I got my wife and I a trip to Maui this March as well (from our lovely dog Iggy :-) ). We're staying at a new condo development called Honua Kai. I think you can get them on VRBO. It gets awesome reviews on TripAdvisor and our travel agent said the place is amazing. There are 3-5 pools, right on the water, located in Kaanapali.
