Never underestimate what your child is capable of. Fear and poor self esteem are learned.

Actions speak much louder than words when raising a kid. Your child will copy everything you do, so if you want them to be awesome, start acting awesome first.

Don't let your wife/girl believe anything she reads on the internet because the internet is stupid and wrong. Find what works for you and go with it. Kids don't care what the experts say, if he likes chocolate and ketchup, he is going to eat it.

Routine is king. It's like young kids can't handle surprises until they are 5 or 6. They love knowing what is going to happen next.
